Best SSD for music

I would avoid anything that come from Samsung, have been trying their product since DDR3 memory, 860EVO SSD, 970PRO M2, all of them share the same house sound: vocal coloration, lean and digital glare.

Even tho supplied the SATA SSD with expensive sata cables and Linear Power supply, they are still far inferior to the intel DC SSDs.

Tks to @Marca1, @Jgwtriodo, @atxkyle, @Carlosoptico, @darkfrank for the contributions. I have Samsung 840Pro SSD connected via Sata3 pachanko cable. I recently bought an Intel i350-T4V2 NIC and disabled the onboard LAN = a nice step for SQ!!! I keep 1 SATA port active, disabling it and loading the entire OS into RAM would be an option. Today the sound is still a bit artificial, pale, without emotion.
 In this matter (SSD) I have the considerations of the colleagues above:
- Swap Samsung for Intel DC;
- Exchange for another Samsung SLC or micron;

* ps: my server only a SMPS (Corsair AX760i), WindowServer 2019 GUI, Jplay, iOS Jplay, AO 3.00.

DAC: Ayre QB-9 DSD
Pre: Musical Fidelity AMS Primo
Power: Simaudio Moon 700i
speakers: Dynaudio Confidence 20

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I first experimented with the Samsung PM893 in my Roon Nucleus Titan. It was a notable step up from the 860 EVO SATA storage SSD I had used for years. However, curiosity got the better of me and I ordered this SATA storage SSD after having superb experience with Apacer Industrial Wide-Temp RAM in my Titan:

BLUF: It's better than the PM893 in every way in my system (N = 1). I'm really pleased.

It draws about 1/6th the current of the Samsung PM893 at idle, and 1/2 (or less) power during read/write. It's also -40C to 85C operating temp. About 50%-60% of the improvement seen compared to upgrading to the PM893 over the 860 EVO. Comparing 1.92TB variants of both.
