@chungjh Please power cycle your whole network of devices starting from the router, including Lumin, iPad and NAS.  Also try a different device to run Lumin app such as iPhone and Android device.

If the tracks that cause stutter are from NAS, please try using USB drive or Tidal/Qobuz streaming instead.

If the tracks that cause stutter are from Tidal, try Qobuz or USB drive.

I think the whole point is Lumin 'should not' stutter when playing from 'anything'.

Reminds me of the joke when the person says "I went to the doctor to complain of pain every time I bent my elbow. The doctor says, then don't bend your elbow, please pay your co-pay on the way out."

Of course it should not.

When it does stutter, it can be caused by network infrastructure fault, temporary Tidal server CDN issue, temporary Qobuz server CDN issue, ISP fault, NAS fault, USB drive issue, file corruption, or Lumin hardware fault.  That's why it is necessary to try each of them to find out the root cause.

I was not telling the user to not play anything.  I was telling him to test everything.

Your doctor analogy is not finding the root cause.
