Inear Hearing Protection Haedset for Radio Communication?

I use a bunch of Hytera Radios and have the HUGE Problem that I must communicate in an very loud environment where you cant hear each other even when you screem into your ear.
And I must be "stealth" since its a bit to suspicious with over ear. We are do some Camera Work on Events for free and we get entry for free as an deal. The problem as mention before is I need them for my Hytera Radios. I found a while ago some Military one but sadly the Companys dont want to sell it to me.
Does anyone here know other?

I’d used custom in ear monitors. They have around 26 dB of cancellation and can connect to your radio. 

But how do you controll them like here:

Thanks good idea but... I need an Build in Mic and some kind of Control Unit where I can plug-in Multiple Device. 😍
