For the MusicScope Charts, I think the best source to explain what the different parts of the chart exactly show and how to interpret that s the manual from the manufacturer:EN-MusicScope-Manual.pdf

I think one can only read two things from the charts: both are proper high res remasters and we are effectively speaking about a new distinct stereo master from 2022 ( but with similar dynamic range).
 

Drawing any conclusions on effective SQ would not be realistic.
