Adele 30

Some truly outstanding work, puzzling at times (like the opening track). The SQ is much like the other albums, very, very below ordinary. Great for portable listening, this album will be a diagnostic tool as to what can sound 'off'.

I watched her television special last night. Awesome venue (Griffith Observatory) and look forward to hearing the entire new album. 

An average DR6. Grrrrrrr.

Time to find a needle drop. I have heard good reports on the vinyl. It would be nice if the download had the sound of the master rather than being compressed to hell.

This album is growing on me. I don’t like the start but the last few tracks are good.

Which are the best sources for needle drops?

I have a friend who is able to dig them out. I may just buy the vinyl and do it ourselves. Chris has one of our needle drops so he knows how good they sound,
