MQA is Vaporware

Welcome to the son of MQA

Seems we have deblurring tech built-in to work on lossless files on the fly, how do we know though can we switch it off to see if it makes a difference ??

"Bluesound tells me this DAC setup's performance is further enhanced by MQA Labs’ QRONO d2a tech, which "corrects any timing errors in the digital-to-analog conversion process and realigns the timing response to the original recording".

I’m sure plenty of reviewers will buy this hook line and sinker.

I guess Warner Classics is still hoping for a miracle in this supposedly coming in Q4 as yet unnamed Lenbrook/HDtracks streaming service.

In big record companies, things usually change slowly. Why should they not produce MQA if they still have a valid license agreement?

If you check a downloadstore like https://www.prostudiomasters.com/featured/format/mqa offering a dedicated MQA section you would see hundreds of titles being released every week as MQA. Still.

Was really hoping that some stores would be rethinking what they are offering finally adding any kind of Dolby Atmos or 5.1 option. But maybe the whole idea of downloading files is so much in decline they would not be willing to invest.
