Better PoE (Power over Ethernet)?

I'm looking at a new switch for my Ravenna network and I really like using PoE to power my Merging Anubis D to D converter. A single cable going into the unit is really nice. I can get a switch with built-in PoE or purchase a PoE injector to power the Anubis, or just use the wall wart that ships with the Anubis. 

This got me thinking, has anyone created a high end PoE injector with really clean "audiophile" power? I don't think I've ever seen one, but of course I could be mistaken. 

Never seen one either. Not too many audiophile quality PoE devices out there yet.
